Tsukuba services for foreigners

This is an interface for placing an advertisement of a local service on the TAIRA advertisement page http://eve.bk.tsukuba.ac.jp/taira-ad.
Entries will also be forwarded regularly to the TAIRA mailing list.
This service is provided free of charge but comes with no warranty. The TAIRA Committee reserves the right to take down advertisements that it deems inappropriate. Sayonara sales and other time-limited event are inappropriate.
